Registration Form

Take advantage of the early bird registrations discount and register before April 30, 2008 and receive a $15 discount. 

Applications for church camps are available from Pastor In Suk Hong Peebles or Dianna Devlin. The Clinton First UMC will pay 1/2 the camp registration fee for active constituents / members of the church. The South Indiana Conference also has camp sponsorships available for campers--please speak with the pastor about these sponsorships.

Complete a registration form, then give the form, a check for 1/2 the camp fee and an envelope addressed to the South Indiana Conference Office to the church treasurer, who will write a check for 1/2 the registration fee and mail the camp registration form. 

North Indiana Conference Camps

Help sponsor camp attendance for this summer.  Join the Camper Club – be a backpacker with any donation, a Tent Camper by donating $50, a Pop-Up Camper by donating $100, or a Mobile Home Camper by donating $150.  Your Camper Club “dues” could help sponsor 1, 2 or 3 campers depending on the kind of camp they are attending.  Join the Club today.
