Registration Form

Take advantage of the early bird registrations discount and register early to receive a $15 discount.

Applications for church camps are available from Pastor Ray Wilkins or Dianna Devlin. The Clinton First UMC will pay 1/2 the camp registration fee for active constituents / members of the church. The South Indiana Conference also has camp sponsorships available for campers--please speak with the pastor about these sponsorships.

Complete a registration form, then give the form, a check for 1/2 the camp fee and an envelope addressed to the South Indiana Conference Office to the Brian Hutchinson, church treasurer, who will write a check for 1/2 the registration fee and mail the camp registration form.
