Notify these agencies that your Disaster Response Team is available to respond to the disaster and to gather information about the scope of the disaster and immediate needs.

1. Contact the Disaster Relief Coordinator for your Annual Conference
2. Contact the Bishop
3. Contact the District Superintendent
4. Contact the Conference Treasurer (get number from District Superintendent)
5. Contact UMVIM (United Methodist Volunteers In Mission)
6. Contact UMM (United Methodist Men)
7. Contact UMW (United Methodist Women)
8. Local UM churches with Immediate Response Teams
